We have lived at VR for quite a few years. The environment is quiet. There is little (if any) noise from adjoining apartments. The grounds are well kept and buildings well maintained. Maintenance issues are addressed quickly with knowledgeable maintenance staff. The office assist your concerns promptly and in a friendly manner. Also, VR is a very pet friendly environment

I've only lived here for 3 months, but what I can say from my short time that it's an amazing place. Love just walking up and down the hilly road just to get some exercise and alone time at night. Awesome looking community props to maintenance guy for all their hard work. And speaking of maintenance they're always fast whenever I put in a ticket through their online system and they leave work notes in your place which is greatly appreciated.

These apartments have huge rooms! I love by big master bedroom. I love the extras in this community. The dog park, walking path, playground ... makes this feel like a community!

I moved here last year after selling my home for what I intended to be a temporary stay. After living here a year I am happy enough to sign another year. Office staff has been excellent and responsive. I’ve had two issues requiring maintenance that were fixed perfectly the next day. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. There is plenty of parking. They did a really good job with snow removal in both huge storms we had this year. Neighbors are friendly and respectful.
